The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Globalli will support pipeline generation and outbound prospecting efforts across our global HCM, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the HR technology and global employment landscape, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and can effectively engage HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an automation-first environment and leveraging modern sales technologies, AI tools, and scalable outreach strategies.
What You Will Do
- Identify and research prospective clients across global markets and target industries.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against Globalli’s ideal customer profile.
- Schedule discovery calls, demonstrations, and meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking within HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Utilize sales engagement, prospecting, and automation tools to improve efficiency and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR Operations, and Leadership teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Provide market feedback, prospect insights, and competitive intelligence to leadership.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting within SaaS, HR technology, HCM, payroll, EOR, workforce management, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience selling or prospecting into HR, Payroll, Finance, or Operations stakeholders is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working within a startup or high-growth technology company.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of global workforce operations, payroll, HCM, EOR, contractor management, or HR technology ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in evolving startup environments where priorities may shift quickly.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a global payroll, EOR, HCM, or HR technology company.
- Exposure to international employment, workforce compliance, or cross-border payroll operations.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly Spanish or other languages relevant to Globalli’s global markets.
- Experience working with distributed or international teams across multiple time zones.
