Responsibilities & key activities

  • Managing relationships with partners from a technical, operational, and commercial perspective.
  • Driving cross-selling and upselling initiatives, as well as renegotiating commercial terms across all payment methods for SMB clients.
  • Providing product guidance and recommendations on how partners can grow their business through cooperation with PayU.
  • Supporting merchant registration and activation.
  • Assisting partners and the Sales team with the implementation of new products.
  • Guiding clients through the available product features and functionalities.
  • Analysing external factors that may influence product development, including ongoing market monitoring, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum secondary education.
  • Experience in a client-facing role involving frequent customer conversations.
  • Ability to share insights and provide clients with clear, valuable recommendations.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English,
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong customer and business focus.
  • Ability to build trust and develop relationships through networking with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
