Join PayU and help strengthen risk management in a dynamic fintech environment. In this role, you’ll have a real impact on operational resilience, ICT risk, business continuity, and the continuous improvement of our risk processes.

Responsibilities & key activities

  • Risk identification and assessment, risk monitoring and reporting,
  • Preparing and updating risk management procedures and policies,
  • Collecting and analyzing data provided by first- and second-line defense units in the context of risk identification and assessment,
  • Conducting vertical testing as part of risk monitoring,
  • Managing operational risk events, including managing ICT incidents,
  • Managing the Company’s business continuity, including conducting periodic business continuity tests,
  • Collaborating with other teams in the first and second lines of defense,
  • Analyzing risk trends and patterns at PayU,
  • Preparing and regularly updating the risk map at PayU,
  • Preparing and updating the list of processes at PayU,
  • Reporting on ICT risks to the regulator,
  • Administering an incident management support system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management,
  • A college degree in a relevant field,
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a financial institution.

Skills & Knowledge

  • A strong understanding of the risk management process,
  • Knowledge of the KNF recommendations regarding risk management,
  • Knowledge of the DORA regulation,
  • Fluent professional English and Polish,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
