You will be:

  • contributing to refinement sessions, providing technical input and supporting effort estimation,
  • contributing to solution design and technical decision-making,
  • developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC and Aura,
  • working with Platform Events and Bulk API,
  • performing unit and integration testing and maintaining at least 80% code coverage,
  • preparing required quality and release gate evidence,
  • maintaining technical documentation,
  • supporting CAB submissions and the release process,
  • providing release and deployment support,
  • investigating and resolving defects identified during UAT and hypercare,
  • working closely with other members of the Agile team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Your profile:

  • strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer,
  • fluent Italian - is a must have,
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification,
  • strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex
  • SOQL
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Aura Components
  • experience with Platform Events and Bulk API.
  • experience with Azure DevOps and Ant-based deployment.
  • familiarity with SonarQube and/or Salesforce Code Analyzer.
  • experience with unit and integration testing and Salesforce deployment processes.
  • ability to work across the full software delivery lifecycle, from refinement through production release and hypercare.
  • good English communication skills,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

- Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.

  • Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
