Xebia is a global AI-first, digital transformation, and engineering partner. With over 25 years of experience and a team of 5,000 professionals across 16 countries, we help organizations design and build scalable products, platforms, and data-driven solutions.

We specialize in Artificial Intelligence, Data and Cloud, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Products, combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on engineering excellence and a people-first culture.

In the CEE region, we’re a team of nearly 1,000 experts delivering modern applications, data platforms, and AI solutions for clients such as McLaren, Aviva, Deloitte, Spotify, Disney, ING, UPS, Tesco, Truecaller, AllSaints, Volotea, Schmitz Cargobull, Allegro, InPost, and many, many more. We work with leading technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake, and combine strong engineering culture with a consulting mindset and a continuous focus on growth and knowledge sharing.

You will be:

  • leading and actively participating in the Discovery phase, including facilitating workshops with stakeholders,
  • working across the entire design process — from initial concepts and requirements through to implementation,
  • designing complex user journeys with multiple entry points and dependencies across teams and stakeholders within the Orderer organization,
  • creating both quick interactive mockups and complex, high-fidelity prototypes,
  • working within a mature, complex Design System and assessing when existing patterns should be used or when custom solutions are required,
  • using UX metrics and data to identify problems, validate assumptions, and support design decisions,
  • collaborating closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders,
  • proactively identifying improvements and proposing effective solutions,
  • presenting and confidently defending your design decisions.

Your profile:

  • broad, hands-on experience in UX/UI design, particularly in the Discovery phase,
  • expert-level proficiency in Figma,
  • experience delivering solutions across the entire design lifecycle - from initial concept through to implementation,
  • strong expertise in working with complex, mature Design Systems, combined with the judgment to recognize when custom solutions are needed,
  • ability to create prototypes at different levels of fidelity, depending on the purpose and stage of the project,
  • a problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach to design decisions,
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders,
  • ability to navigate complex product and organizational environments involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and user journey entry points,
  • creative thinking, initiative, and confidence in proposing and defending design solutions,
  • native-level Polish and English at a minimum B2 level,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

  • experience in AdTech or e-commerce, particularly designing campaign configuration tools, analytics dashboards, self-service advertising platforms, or complex B2B/e-commerce ecosystems,
  • hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize and accelerate your day-to-day design work,
  • experience designing AI-powered interfaces and user experiences,
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
