Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Salesforce Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, administering, and continuously improving our Salesforce environment to ensure the platform effectively supports business operations and user needs.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce users, and cross-functional teams to manage platform operations, resolve issues, implement enhancements, and support the ongoing evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for the Salesforce platform, ensuring timely resolution of user requests, incidents, and support tickets.
  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve Salesforce-related incidents and system issues.
  • Manage and support Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT infrastructure teams, developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to address Salesforce-related requirements and challenges.
  • Support the design, testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce changes and enhancements.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data validation, cleansing, and maintenance activities.
  • Support data import, export, migration, and integration activities where required.
  • Assist with Salesforce release management, system upgrades, testing, and regression testing.
  • Manage and support Salesforce integrations with other business systems and applications.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to Salesforce users and team members to promote effective platform adoption and continuous learning.
  • Manage production incidents and contribute to problem management and root cause analysis for recurring Salesforce-related issues.
  • Perform other Salesforce administration and support-related duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce application support, or a similar Salesforce-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud or other Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security controls.
  • Experience managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
  • Experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues and managing incidents and support requests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, including data import, export, cleansing, and migration activities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools, including Flow, would be an advantage.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
