As a Senior Account Director, you will cultivate senior client relationships, motivated by work that makes a meaningful and sustained impact. You’ll transform our client’s business by identifying and creating opportunities that add value across their digital ecosystem, with a focus on owned channels, CRM strategy, and bringing multi-channel marketing calendars to life in-app and across digital touchpoints.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Identify and cultivate business growth opportunities through strong client relationships.
  • Be accountable for revenue and forecast management across accounts, ensuring reporting accuracy and pipeline health.
  • Build strong, cohesive relationships across an ecosystem of clients, partner agencies and internal teams.
  • Encourage a fearless, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and driving digital performance.
  • Drive, inspire, and coach a high-performing, passionate team.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Thorough strategic and commercial knowledge within a digital agency environment.
  • Experience across CRM, owned channels, or CX platform projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative ‘one team’ approach that enables client and agency village partners to work cohesively.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering measurable business impact, with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
