As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll own and nurture a key client relationship, acting as a trusted adviser, brand champion, and agency facilitator. In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Directors and multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, technology, and production to lead complex, multi-discipline projects end to end. You’ll balance relationship building with rigorous project management and you’ll manage scope, timing, and risk, keep teams aligned, and support the growth of those around you to deliver outstanding work.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining a strong pipeline of client growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to generating ideas and actions to deliver tangible business results.
  • Encourage a fearless, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems.
  • Work with disciplines to provide clients with relevant insights on industry trends, best practice, benchmarks.
  • Help drive and inspire a talented group of professionals, creating a culture of inclusion and teamwork.

QUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Up to 5 years’ experience in a similar agency role, with strong strategic and commercial capability.
  • Background working with retail clients in an agency environment is highly regarded.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Sound budget ownership and financial reporting experience.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and managing risk.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Team-first mindset, enabling strong collaboration across clients and agency partners
