Job description
We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented, and intellectually curious Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. Our mission is to uncover actionable insights about our customers and use them to create data products, analytical solutions, and self-service capabilities that improve our products, customer experience, and business performance. In this role, you will contribute across the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data acquisition, processing, analysis, and delivery. You will work with data from tens of millions of users and billions of data points, helping advance our analytical capabilities through scalable solutions, predictive analytics, experimentation, and automation. Example initiatives include lifetime value (LTV) prediction, early-warning signals for product performance, advanced statistical analysis of A/B tests, and automated monitoring solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and business context.
- Own analytics delivery end to end: understand business needs, design appropriate analytical solutions, define requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams through implementation.
- Provide insights that support strategic and operational decisions through ad hoc analysis, A/B test evaluation, business monitoring, trend prediction, user segmentation, and early-signal analysis.
- Build scalable and automated solutions that shorten time to insight and enable stakeholders to work more independently.
- Develop SQL-based ETL processes, Microsoft Excel analyses, and Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Apply AI tools and agents effectively to improve analysis, automation, and productivity.
- Partner closely with Business Intelligence, Engineering, Product Management, and other teams across the company.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Product Analytics team’s data strategy.
What You’ll Bring
- At least three years of professional experience in an analytics role.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and a track record of building scalable analytics solutions that save time and accelerate time to insight.
- Experience translating business and analytical requirements into technical specifications and driving their implementation with engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Working proficiency in SQL.
- Experience providing analytics for software products in close collaboration with software developers.
- The ability to understand and work with source code, preferably in languages such as Python or C++.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau, and the ability and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Working knowledge of statistics and its application to business and product analysis.
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI agents or using AI to generate insights and improve analytical workflows.
- Experience with predictive analytics, experimentation frameworks, user segmentation, or early-signal detection.
- Experience working with large-scale user and product datasets.
