What You'll Do:

Brand Strategy & Vision

  • Own Airalo's global brand strategy and roadmap, grounded in a deep understanding of users, market trends, competitive landscape, and category data.
  • Set brand direction, product launch strategy, and go-to-market plans across all active regions (APAC, Arabia & Africa, Europe, North & South America).
  • Represent brand at the marketing leadership table — advising the CMO and cross-functional leaders (Product, Growth, Partnerships) on brand implications of major decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead and grow a team of Brand Managers, Creative leads, and Brand Systems specialists across regions and time zones.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop your team's managers, building bench strength and a clear path for their own progression into leadership.
  • Own team structure and resourcing decisions as the function scales.

Brand Performance & Governance

  • Monitor and analyze brand and category performance, market penetration, and new user acquisition, including competitive benchmarking against forecast.
  • Own brand tone of voice, guidelines, and governance across every channel and market, ensuring consistency at global scale.
  • Report brand health and performance to senior leadership, translating data into clear action plans.

Brand Experience & Execution

  • Direct internal teams and creative agencies to build fit-for-purpose toolkits (copy, digital, social, eCommerce, in-store/activation) and guide local delivery teams on execution.
  • Own content marketing strategy — driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, retention, and brand awareness across email, social, blog, and other owned channels.
  • Champion big ideas at key user touchpoints, including promotions and campaigns.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of brand/marketing experience in product-led, hyper-growth, fast-paced B2C, B2B, and/or B2B2C environments, including 7+ years leading and scaling brand or marketing teams.
  • Proven track record building and scaling brand functions and teams across regions/time zones in a highly competitive category.
  • Strong track record partnering with senior leadership (CMO/C-suite level) and influencing cross-functional strategy across brand, growth, product, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, including group presentation and public speaking.
  • High-quality judgment, end-to-end thinking, and strong analytical rigor.
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive; comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
