ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Finance Data Analyst – Pigment Lead, AI & BI to join our Corporate team. In this role, you'll be the internal expert and owner of our Pigment platform, while driving data, automation, and AI initiatives to elevate the Finance team's performance and service quality across FP&A and Accounting.

- Design and implement, together with the Head of FP&A, a structured budgeting process in Pigment, including workflow, calendar, and contributor governance
- Adapt and evolve Pigment use cases tied to the Accounting close process, in collaboration with the Head of Accounting
- Establish robust operational controls, including disciplined change management and a comprehensive financial data governance framework (definitions, quality, single source of truth, access governance)
- Lead data and automation projects beyond Pigment to improve Finance team performance, including self-service analytics, reconciliation automation, and variance analysis
- Drive the deployment of AI agents to replace manual processes and enhance the Finance team's operational efficiency
- Scope and contribute to building priority Finance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar), ensuring metric consistency across Pigment, BI, and Finance reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support processes to champion best practices across the Finance team
- Mentor and grow a junior analyst or intern, progressively delegating Pigment, data, or reporting responsibilities
PROFILE
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Data, FP&A, or Finance Systems roles, ideally in consulting or a tech scale-up environment
- Hands-on experience with a Pigment rollout or run, or a similar EPM tool (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, etc.) - strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to internalize a tool previously managed by an external service provider, with a mandate to build internal autonomy quickly
- Comfortable working with FP&A, Accounting, and Data/IT stakeholders alike
- Some experience with SQL or Python and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to Finance, including no-code/low-code tools, agents, and LLMs
- Ability to structure a data governance approach at the scale of a Finance function
- Familiarity with accounting close processes is a plus
- Prior mentoring experience (junior analyst, intern, or apprentice) is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English
BENEFITS
