Job description

About the Role: As a Senior HR Operations Executive, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency across Mindvalley’s global HR processes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and champion the use of AI and automation to elevate the employee experience. Your expertise will shape how we scale, streamline, and continuously improve our people operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policies
  • Manage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
  • Manage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas)
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead or support HR technology projects and change initiatives
  • Provide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levels

What success looks like :

  • Within 90 days, you’ve mapped and improved at least one core HR workflow using automation or AI
  • You’ve built strong relationships with key stakeholders and are recognized as a trusted partner
  • HR data is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for decision-making
  • Compliance gaps are identified and addressed, with clear documentation in place
  • Team members experience faster, smoother HR processes

Must-haves:

  • 5 years’ experience in HR operations, with a track record of process design and optimization
  • Advanced skills in HRIS, data management, and HR reporting
  • Demonstrated experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including with senior leaders
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR technology trends
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflows

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional HR environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflows
  • Project management experience in HR tech implementations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
