  • Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities

What You'll Bring

Must-haves

  • 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
  • Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Proven ownership of complex, production systems
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions

Strong signals

  • Health insurance, mental health support and a volunteering day
  • Annual learning budget

Location 100% remote — Germany only.

Career Trajectory Within 12–24 months, you will expand ownership across platform architecture, influence company-wide engineering practices, and progress toward Staff/Principal-level leadership with broader technical direction and mentorship scope.
