Senior Product Designer: This Senior Product Designer role is ideal for a designer who thrives on crafting exceptional, user-centered products end-to-end. You'll shape the design of key product areas, partner closely with Product Management and Engineering, and help raise the bar for design quality and process across the team. This role requires a deep commitment to design excellence and a hands-on, collaborative approach to solving complex product problems.

What you'll do:

  • Design Execution: Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, from early concept through polished, shipped experiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure design aligns with go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
  • Process & Craft: Contribute to and help refine design processes, methodologies, and best practices, including design systems and frameworks for scalable design.
  • Mentorship: Provide feedback and informal mentorship to fellow designers, helping raise the overall quality and craft of the team's work.
  • User Research: Conduct and apply user research insights to inform design decisions and validate product direction.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute a strong design point of view in product strategy discussions, balancing ambition with technical constraints to meet both business goals and user needs.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer working on SaaS or metric-driven products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design skills and high-quality, shipped product work.
  • Comprehensive understanding of design trends and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience conducting and applying user research insights.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with excellent communication skills for presenting solutions and collaborating effectively.
  • Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
  • Bonus: Experience in Fintech.
  • Located in the NYC metro area or able to relocate to the NYC metro area (relocation assistance may be provided to the right candidates).

This role's expected annual base salary is $142,000 - $169,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
