ABOUT THE ROLE

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset, rapidly testing emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential, and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology and careers to the next level. We are hiring a Product Manager for our Openflow team. Openflow is Snowflake's native data integration platform, powered by Apache NiFi and deployed as a Snowflake-native service, enabling customers to replicate data from databases and SaaS applications into Snowflake at scale. In this role you will own the full lifecycle of database and SaaS connectors, working at the intersection of technical depth and customer impact to drive both platform strategy and field enablement.

AS A SENIOR PM AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for database and SaaS connectors, from customer discovery through GA launch and full lifecycle management, including deprecation
  • Partner with engineering, design, field sales, and support to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive on-time connector releases across globally distributed teams
  • Lead connector strategy decisions, including architecture transitions, naming standards, runtime consolidation, and TCO optimization initiatives such as bin-packing
  • Drive customer and field enablement through observability improvements, including connector dashboards, health metrics, pricing tools, sizing calculators, and field guides
  • Use data-driven insights, including AI, SQL, usage telemetry, and customer signals, to inform prioritization and product decisions
  • Manage tradeoffs across reliability, performance, and customer experience while independently owning a technical product area from discovery through GA

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

  • 5+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, ETL/ELT, or a data integration product
  • Hands-on familiarity with Change Data Capture, including database replication, log-based CDC, and the operational realities of keeping pipelines reliable at scale
  • A track record of independently owning a technical product area from discovery through GA, managing tradeoffs across reliability, performance, and customer experience
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience driving alignment across engineering, field, and support in globally distributed teams
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

BONUS POINTS

  • Familiarity with the connectors and ETL tool ecosystem, such as Fivetran, Airbyte, HVR, Stitch, or Informatica
  • Experience building field-facing artifacts alongside technical specs, including pricing tools, sizing guides, and talk tracks
  • Experience applying AI and GenAI workflows to accelerate product discovery, prioritization, and enablement

You will have the opportunity to shape a product that directly enables thousands of customers to move their most critical data into Snowflake at scale. If you are passionate about data infrastructure and want to drive meaningful innovation in a fast-growing platform, this is the team for you.
