We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager and a great team player to join our PMO team.

• Lead, coordinate, execute, and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure projects align with company strategy, goals, and commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Deliver projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope constraints.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards.
• Leverage AI-powered tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM, to improve project planning, reporting, risk management, documentation, and overall delivery efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven solutions into project management processes and workflows.
• Promote AI adoption, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within project teams.
• Support the effective delivery of AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and allocate necessary resources while assigning individual responsibilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for daily client communications.
• Set and manage client expectations effectively.
• Develop and nurture new business opportunities with existing clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA or a master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT and project management.
• Experience in international projects.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and NotebookLM.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance project delivery, reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• AI-related certifications or ongoing professional development in AI technologies are highly valued.
• Willingness to continuously develop AI competencies and adopt emerging AI tools and practices.
• Strong quality mindset, great team spirit, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong documentation and analytical problem-solving skills.
