What You'll Do

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with Qvest’s objectives, market trends, and client needs.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and effectively positioning our Broadcast Transformation consulting with a focus on facility design modernization and integration.

- Sustainably develop close relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Technical, Digital and Senior Management) based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction.

- Be a brand ambassador, representing the company in webinars and marketing, at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote our brand, expand professional networks, and identify business opportunities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, potential clients, and sales opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our competitive advantage.

- Develop and implement sales metrics and performance targets, regularly monitoring sales activity, pipelines, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

- B2B Sales background and at least 10+ years of technology sales and consulting experience, with at least 5+ years in top-level management with P&L responsibility

- 10+ years of experience within the broadcast technology ecosystem, either working directly for or closely alongside leading systems and software vendors

- Strong technological understanding, proficient in selling and advising on complex cloud and hybrid solutions within the Broadcast Transformation space

- An extensive existing customer & contact network that can be leveraged to break into new logos

- Track record of success in dealing with RFPs and closing deals with key media & digital players, and Fortune 500 companies

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations

- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed sales decisions

- Experience building and scaling companies; strong leadership skills and the ability to act as a coach and mentor

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., business administration, engineering, industrial engineering, or similar)

Travel Requirements Employees are responsible for traveling to and from client sites as required by their project or assignment, regardless of location. Travel may include sites outside the employee’s primary office location, state, or region.

Remote & Hybrid Work While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, client needs take precedence. Employees are expected to report onsite at the client location when required by the project scope, client request, or management directive.
