About the role

Our Site Associate is the beating heart of our daily operations in the dark store. You will work with your team to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of our Hop sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking orders

Preparation of the shopping bags

Organisation of the Warehouse

Receiving goods

Inventory

Warehouse cleaning

Experience in a similar environment is preferred

Hourly flexibility

Willingness to work 20-hour shifts per week

Good command of Italian (mandatory) + basic English (nice to have)

COMPENSATION

  • National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario
  • Classification Level: Livello 6

The salary range for this role is €21,200 – €23,000 gross per year (for 40 hours).

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
