Job description

The Opportunity Wyze is already one of the top electronics sellers on TikTok Shop, generating millions in revenue and multiple viral products. We’re looking for a Social Commerce Manager to be the end-to-end owner Wyze's Tik Tok Shop and broader social commerce business. You’ll lead a strategic reset of the channel, building a sustainable operating model that’s tightly aligned with company goals and financial targets. This is a highly visible role for a builder who wants to own the P&L, shape our creator and affiliate strategy, and stand up a team and playbook in one of the fastest-growing commerce channels.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines strong e-commerce instincts with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t need to be a content creator, but you should understand what drives conversion and how to translate social content into sales. You thrive in roles where things need to be defined and built versus someone handing you a prebuilt playbook.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end performance of Wyze’s TikTok Shop / social commerce business – strategy, roadmap, execution, and results.
  • Define the strategic role of TikTok Shop within Wyze’s overall channel mix and align it to company-level goals and financial targets.
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities, operating plans, and KPIs; decide where to invest people, budget, and partner resources.
  • Lead day-to-day operations to hit GMV, contribution margin, ROI, and cross-channel impact goals.
  • Build and refine a stable operating model for social commerce, including processes, workflows, and vendor/partner structure.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Creative, Logistics, Finance, BI, and Customer Support to deliver campaigns and launches.
  • Build and deepen partnerships with TikTok and other social commerce platforms to unlock growth programs, incentives, and new features.
  • Own planning and execution for key moments (e.g. Wyze Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, major launches) across TikTok Shop / social commerce.
  • Monitor business performance and creator/affiliate programs, identify risks and opportunities, and quickly adjust strategy and tactics.
  • Use data to inform assortment, pricing, promotional levers, and creator/influencer strategy; establish simple reporting and feedback loops.
  • Proactively explore and test new growth levers (creators, affiliates, live shopping formats, new markets) and scale what works.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in e-commerce, social commerce, or marketplace roles with meaningful channel or business ownership
  • 2-3 years of mentoring and leading high performance teams
  • Strong merchandising and commercial instincts (pricing, promotions, bundles, conversion optimization)
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to evaluate performance and manage to financial targets (GMV, contribution margin, investment ROI, cross-channel sales impact).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to lead through influence with cross-functional partners and external platforms.
  • Comfort building structure where it doesn’t exist yet – from team design to processes, tools, and vendor structure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy building and improving systems in fast-moving environments Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience operating or supporting TikTok Shop
  • Experience with creator or affiliate marketing programs
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Background managing marketplace channels such as Amazon, Instagram Shop, or other social commerce platform
