We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve reliable production systems at Socure. You’ll work across AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and observability, partnering closely with engineering teams to improve the reliability and scalability of our platforms.We’re looking for engineers with strong technical foundations who are curious, take ownership, learn quickly, and want to grow their expertise in Site Reliability Engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Build, operate, and improve production infrastructure on AWS
- Work with Kubernetes/EKS-based applications and platforms
- Manage and automate infrastructure using Terraform
- Build and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- Automate repetitive operational work using Python, Go, or scripting
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using metrics, logs, traces, and alerts
- Participate in on-call, incident response, RCA, and long-term remediation
- Contribute to SLIs/SLOs and reliability improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with application, platform, security, and other engineering teams
What We are Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related engineering role
- Good hands-on experience with AWS
- Strong understanding of Linux and networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; EKS experience is preferred
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to CI/CD and GitOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar
- Ability to automate using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages
