Saltz is an online food marketplace serving restaurants across multiple European markets. We help chefs and restaurants discover and source products from trusted local and international suppliers.
At Saltz, we believe the best ingredients should be accessible through one seamless marketplace experience. Restaurants purchase directly from Saltz and are fully supported across sales, logistics, customer support, account management, and claims handling. Through our catalogue and platform, we provide visibility into sourcing origins and product information, helping chefs make informed purchasing decisions and discover trusted suppliers worldwide.
We recently closed a €20M Series A backed by leading European venture funds. Our vision is to build the modern infrastructure layer for foodservice commerce - building the new standard for how the world sources food.
