About Us:

Live experiences help people cross today’s digital divide and focus on what truly connects us – the here, the now, this once-in-a-lifetime moment that’s bringing us together. To fulfill Gametime’s mission of uniting the world through shared experiences, we make it easy for people to discover and access the live experiences that matter most.

With platforms on iOS, Android, mobile web and desktop supporting more than 60,000 events across the US and Canada, we are reimagining the event ticket industry in order to move at the speed of life.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, User Acquisition to help shape the next chapter of Gametime’s mobile growth strategy.

Our acquisition infrastructure is mature. The opportunity now is to become smarter about who we acquire, how we measure success, and how acquisition activity translates into downstream business value. This role will own strategy and execution across key app install channels while helping define the future of segmentation, measurement, and growth efficiency.

This is a senior individual contributor role with direct ownership of acquisition performance across a multi-million-dollar portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own install volume, ROAS, and downstream GMV performance across paid acquisition channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, and emerging acquisition platforms.
  • Partner with Data teams to develop audience segmentation and user quality frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve post-install conversion and activation experiences.
  • Partner with Creative teams to develop testing strategies and performance hypotheses.
  • Drive experimentation across audience strategy, bidding approaches, creative concepts, and channel expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to attribution, incrementality, and measurement initiatives in privacy-constrained environments.
  • Build reporting frameworks and actionable insights for Growth leadership.

Key Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise across paid social and mobile acquisition platforms.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, MMPs, and privacy-focused measurement.
  • Experience evaluating acquisition quality beyond install volume alone.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled acquisition workflows and automation tools.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Strong ownership of business outcomes, not just platform metrics.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Product, Creative, and Data teams.
  • Comfortable operating independently within a lean team structure.
  • Strong experimentation mindset and curiosity around growth opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of in-house user acquisition or paid social experience.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar acquisition budgets.
  • Demonstrated ownership of install and downstream business metrics.
  • Experience with Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Marketplace, travel, ticketing, rideshare, or consumer app experience.
  • Experience with retargeting and post-install growth initiatives.
  • Experience influencing budget decisions through incrementality analysis.
  • Familiarity with SKAdNetwork, MMM, and privacy-constrained measurement environments.
  • AI fluency in acquisition workflows and reporting.
