Job description
About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
What You'll Do
This role sits within our Post-sales organization and is central to how we deliver world-class AI implementations for the world’s leading law firms. As part of our Strategic Programs team, you will own the rollout program for our most strategic accounts, bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to some of our highest-stakes launches. It sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, and is built for someone who leads programs, drives change, and moves ambitious initiatives from plan to measurable outcome. You will report into our Strategic Programs Lead and coordinate closely across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to turn ambitious rollouts into reality.
- Owning the end-to-end rollout program for strategic accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches
- Driving change management and stakeholder alignment across KM, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys to build durable adoption
- Coordinating resources across Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery to deliver local and cross-border implementations, ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency
- Owning success metrics and governance, defining what good looks like, establishing the reporting cadence, and making outcomes legible to executives
- Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during implementation
- Owning the feedback loop, turning rollout learnings and adoption signals into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks that raise the bar for every future launch
- Acting as a connective layer across teams, helping drive clarity, prioritization, and progress
- Bringing a structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems and pushing work over the finish line
In short: you will own the operating system that de-risks and accelerates adoption for our most strategic clients, making them faster, more impactful, more consistent, and more measurable.
What You Bring
You are a strategist and an operator. You’ve worked in environments where ambiguity is the norm, expectations are high, and outcomes matter, and you thrive in them. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation / implementation-focused roles, with a Bachelor’s degree required
- Bring demonstrated leadership experience: you have led programs, workstreams, or teams and can point to outcomes you owned end to end
- Have experience within a professional services environment (Legal, Big 4, or Management Consulting), which is highly preferred
- Bring strong change management instincts, with a track record of driving adoption across complex stakeholder groups
- Are a PowerPoint power-user with high-velocity output and a proven ability to synthesise ‘messy’ ideas into structured, aesthetic, and boardroom-ready decks
- Bring strong analytical skills and can translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Maintain an obsession with user adoption and responding to client needs
- Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
- Take ownership naturally: you don’t wait to be told, you move things forward
- Are a practical problem-solver with a strong bias toward execution and operational rigor
- Bring a relentless, hands-on, get-it-done mindset
- Are excited to work in person, collaborating closely with teammates in the office 5 days per week
