Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games and consumer apps.

ROLE

Voodoo is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to sit in the Growth department. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

  • Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
  • Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
  • Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them
  • Design and build leading processes and products
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable
  • Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.

PROFILE

  • You graduated from a top school in engineering (Grande Ecole Program)
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)
  • You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way
  • You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
  • You are both fluent in French and English
