What We Look For in Future Student Safety Analyst Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

- Experience in content moderation, digital safety, or alert monitoring

- The ability to analyze written or image-based content and identify safety risks

- Familiarity with K–12 student behavior, wellness issues, and sensitive topics

- Comfort working with AI-generated alerts and escalation protocols

- Strong judgment and the ability to respond quickly and accurately in urgent situations

Preferred experience includes backgrounds in education, social work, law enforcement, psychology, or EdTech support.

- Mission-driven and motivated by keeping students safe

- Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

- Able to work independently with discretion and empathy

- Comfortable with digital tools and remote collaboration

- Eager to contribute to a fast-moving team with a meaningful purpose
