Job description

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BPMN AUTOMATOR ANALYST IN OUR TEAM

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and document business requirements, system specifications, and workflows
  • Design and configure system solutions on the Creatio platform to align with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations
  • Model business processes using BPMN notation to ensure efficient system and workflow design
  • Identify system improvements and optimize workflows within the Creatio platform
  • Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including functional specifications, data models, integration plans, and BPMN diagrams
  • Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving system-related problems
  • Work closely with developers to support the development and deployment of system solutions
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users
  • Design, implement, and maintain system integrations between Creatio and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
  • Analyze integration requirements, define data flows, and manage data mapping for seamless integration across platforms

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with the Creatio platform or other low-code/no-code platforms preferred
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and business process management
  • Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling and process optimization
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs)
  • Experience with data mapping, API integrations, and integration testing
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation (system specs, data models, integration plans, BPMN diagrams)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
