About the Role

Manages end-to-end recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill roles, first identifying what makes a role challenging and then building a tailored sourcing strategy to address it. Maintains candidate pipelines and advises hiring leaders on talent availability and selection, while sharing best practices and driving candidate engagement throughout the process.

What You’ll Do

- Market Intelligence - Use market insight to optimize sourcing and anticipate hiring challenges.

- Candidate Experience - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with creative ways to attract and engage talent. Partner on brand-aligned strategies, develop compelling outreach, and solicit feedback and referrals.

- Talent Pipelining - Develop innovative sourcing strategies for complex or hard-to-fill roles. Involve the business and use diverse channels (Boolean search, referrals, community/niche platforms, AI tools) to improve pipeline quality and diversity.

- Talent Sourcing Tools - Use a multi-channel sourcing strategy to optimize hiring outcomes.

- Recruiting - end-to-end recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill roles with minimal supervision, including internal mobility options. Builds tailored strategies, advises on selection, and uses data and market intel to optimize outcomes.

- Candidate Assessment - Evaluates candidates for complex or senior roles. Designs tailored assessment approaches, ensures panel calibration, and makes recommendations from data and experience.

- Offer Strategy - Pre-closes candidates from first contact. Maintains competitive intelligence and knows when to bring in the business to close.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
  • Understanding & experience of hiring for engineering & non-engineering roles
