Job description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Technical Business Analyst Intern who is interested in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

This is a 3-month paid internship with a stipend of ₹15,000 per month. Based on performance during the internship, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business and technical requirements.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and document them clearly.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and business teams.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, solution analysis, and UAT.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support testing and validate solutions against business requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
  • Maintain clear project and requirement documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis and SDLC.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good logical approach and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Familiarity with APIs, REST APIs, or system integrations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts is preferred.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn technical concepts and business processes.

Eligibility

  • B.Tech/B.E., B.A., B.Com, or students/recent graduates from CSE, AI/ML, ECE, EEE, Business Administration, Commerce, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Candidates with academic projects or exposure to business analysis, software applications, requirements gathering, databases, or technology-related projects are preferred.
  • Candidates with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and logical approach are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates should be willing to work from the Hyderabad office 5 days a week.
