OVER KNOWLEDGEPLAZA

KnowledgePlaza (onderdeel van de Atabix groep) ontwerpt, implementeert en beheert Collaborative Enterprise Search en Big Data Analytics applicaties. Deze applicaties stellen organisaties zoals diverse ministeries en centrale overheidsinstanties in staat om informatie snel, slim en gebruiksvriendelijk toegankelijk te maken.

TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Als Technical Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren en configureren van onze zoekoplossingen bij klanten. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten en schakelt met zowel technische collega’s als klantteams. Je houdt je bezig met:

  • Installeren en configureren van zoektechnologie en koppelingen met databronnen
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische vraagstukken
  • Samenwerken met consultants en developers binnen implementatietrajecten
  • Ondersteunen bij het opzetten van categorisatiestructuren (taxonomieën)
  • Documenteren van technische configuraties en klantomgevingen
  • Bijdragen aan het beheer en onderhoud van bestaande zoekapplicaties

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

Eisen

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het installeren en configureren van complexe software systemen
  • Ervaring met databases en scripttalen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal

Wensen

  • Ervaring met zoektechnologie (bijv. IDOL, ElasticSearch, Lucidworks)
  • Kennis van taxonomieontwikkeling en metadata management
  • Ervaring met overheidsklanten of grote organisaties
  • Kennis van programmeertalen zoals Java, ASP, C of C# (.NET)
