Responsibilities
- Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers - through distribution channels, networks and individual retailers
- Build a portfolio of retailers across a variety of categories to develop long-term and strategic business relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements that create sustainable, long-term value for the Company, retailers and consumers.
- Be accountable for retailer activity and engagement throughout the retailer's onboarding journey.
- Establish a proactive account management strategy to drive growth and retention by analyzing product performance, identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and implementing best practices, marketing programs and other solutions to meet retailer needs and Company's strategic objectives.
- Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to retailers to show the value add to their business.
- Hire, train, manage and mentor a team of sales/distribution staff.
- Serve as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement of product enhancements, new solutions and go-to market strategies based on transaction data analysis, first-hand experience, competitor understanding and other insights.
- Work closely with the Key Accounts Management team/function, which is separate from the Point-of-Sale Networks team/function.
- Collaborate cross-functionality with marketing, compliance, risk, data / analysis, product and technology, finance, legal and operations and other teams as appropriate to achieve desired business results.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of field sales, field operations, or territory management experience.
- Experience in the fintech, financial services, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Owns or has regular access to a motorcycle or car (car preferred) for field activities.
- Has experience managing a team of at least five (5) direct reports.
- Resides within or near the assigned territory or is willing to relocate/travel as required, must be in Oroquieta City or near areas.
