Role Overview
Responsible for building and operating the local UGC (User-Generated Content) ecosystem and creator community for thatgamecompany's (TGC) IPs. Drive player passion and foster a healthy, vibrant, and brand-aligned creator community by building long-term creator relationships, developing incentive frameworks, and executing co-creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the formulation and execution of local UGC and creator community strategies, continuously optimizing creator growth and incentive frameworks.
- Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with key creators, community leaders, and fan networks to elevate brand engagement.
- UGC Campaigns & Initiatives: Plan and execute UGC marketing initiatives, contests, and co-creation projects in line with game milestones and major brand beats.
- Insights & Content Amplification: Monitor creator ecosystem trends and community sentiment, driving the cross-channel amplification of high-quality player-generated content.

Requirements
