Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Willing to complete fingerprinting for the Ohio PISGS Unarmed Security License (Extrity will reimburse the fingerprinting cost after you've worked two shifts) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations Strong attention to detail Ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation Preferred Qualifications Previous security experience Patrol or surveillance experience Knowledge of access control procedures Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills First Aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required) Customer service or hospitality experience
