What will you do:
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.
- Design intuitive and polished user experiences while contributing to the evolution of our Design System.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Leverage AI tools and Claude Code as part of your daily workflow for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and accelerating product development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and working with Design Systems.
- Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take full ownership of projects.
- Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking.
