Web Operations Manager - Contractor Position at Cato Networks (Tel Aviv District, Israel)

Cato Networks· Tel Aviv District, Israel·

Job description

Cato Networks is the converged network and security cloud for the AI era.

As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents.

Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide.

Cato Networks is looking for a Web Operations Manager as a contractor to keep our web projects organized, our resources focused, and our website up to date. In this contract role, you’ll manage incoming web requests, coordinate work across internal teams and external partners, and perform website updates yourself.

This role combines strong project management with hands-on execution. You’ll turn requests into clear assignments, balance priorities and capacity, and ensure work moves from intake to launch with consistent quality.

What you’ll do

  • Manage web ticket requests. Own the request queue, clarify requirements, assess urgency, and establish priorities, owners, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate resources and workloads. Allocate work across developers, designers, content contributors, and agency partners based on skills, availability, and business priorities. Identify capacity constraints and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Drive projects through completion. Manage briefs, schedules, dependencies, reviews, and approvals. Proactively address blockers and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Perform website updates. Publish and maintain pages, content, images, navigation, forms, and other website elements through our content management system.
  • Support campaigns and launches. Coordinate web deliverables, confirm readiness, and ensure updates go live accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain quality. Check content, links, layouts, forms, and functionality across devices and browsers before and after publishing.
  • Improve web operations. Establish practical intake processes, ticket standards, documentation, and reporting that make work easier to request, execute, and track.
  • Track delivery performance. Monitor backlog, turnaround times, workload, and recurring issues to improve planning and execution.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in web operations, digital project management, or website management.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering work on schedule.
  • Experience managing ticket queues and coordinating resources across internal teams, contractors, or agencies.
  • Hands-on proficiency with content management systems and confidence making website updates independently.
  • The ability to translate stakeholder requests into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to QA and follow-through.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and confidence negotiating priorities and setting expectations.
  • Strong English communication skills for supporting a global marketing website.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, web analytics, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation is a plus.

What makes this opportunity different

We’re building an AI-forward marketing organization, and this role offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of that work.

  • Learn and apply AI tools. If you haven’t tried AI-assisted development, often called “vibe coding,” you’ll have the opportunity to learn it alongside other AI tools that support web marketing, experimentation, and execution.
  • Help build the foundation for AI-driven experiences. Participate in major web infrastructure upgrades that will enable new ways to engage visitors and support their journeys.
  • Bring your experience and expand your impact. If you already use AI tools or have built AI-enabled web experiences, you’ll have opportunities to take on broader ownership and more advanced initiatives.

You don’t need to arrive as an AI expert. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are essential. We’re looking for someone who can deliver strong web marketing today while helping us build what comes next.
