Job description
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. Configure Oracle Cloud modules - HCM to meet business needs. Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning to post-go-live support. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users. Develop functional design documents and test cases. Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud functionality. Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements (quarterly releases). Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements.
