  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Contracting, Engineering, and Field Service teams
  • Build long-term relationships across healthcare, industrial, municipal, and commercial markets
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up, organization, and CRM accuracy

If you're not in front of customers, you're with us - learning, preparing, and building toward being in front of customers. This is how you ramp quickly in this industry.

  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Organized and disciplined
  • Comfortable in industrial environments

  • Driven to build a career in a high-growth industry
  • Curious about technical systems, including electrical, mechanical, batteries, and generators

Bonus experience:

  • Industrial or technical sales
  • Generator, electrical, or HVAC industries
  • Field service background in UPS, battery, testing, mechanical, or electrical
  • Selling PM contracts or technical services

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a Tier 2 Power Systems Senior Account Executive role.

COMPENSATION

  • OTE: $120K–$150K+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses)
