Account Manager – Strategic Partner

Reports To: Director of Programmatic Account Management, EMEA

Location: Europe (Remote)

About Us

Broadsign is a leading software company with a mission to make buying, selling, and delivering out-of-home media easier than ever. Our software is operated by some of the most successful out-of-home businesses and powers impactful, compelling campaigns seen across the world.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and consultative Account Manager to drive the SaaS and programmatic success across a portfolio of strategic supply-side clients in EMEA. In this role, you will serve as a trusted Business and Strategic Consultant to supply-side clients, including Out-of-Home Media Owners and Retail Media Networks. You will move beyond transactional support to help clients maximize yield, optimize holistic revenue across direct and programmatic channels, and drive adoption of the Broadsign Platform.

What to Expect

Strategic Client Advisory & Yield Optimization

Act as the primary, strategic point of contact for media owners, driving data-driven discussions around  yield management and holistic revenue growth through the use of our platform. You will develop and execute joint, revenue-focused annual business plans with top-tier clients. Additionally, you will advise clients on inventory optimization, programmatic pricing, and monetization strategies across digital, static, and video assets, leveraging dashboards to guide proactive yield management.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive broader adoption of the Broadsign Platform, maintaining end-to-end commercial ownership of your accounts across all renewals and expansion efforts while partnering with the Sales team in a co-pilot model when navigating larger, complex deals to maximize revenue growth, retention, and platform usage.

Knowledge Leadership & Specialized Advisory

Serve as a trusted industry expert, sharing market trends, media insights, and advanced platform capabilities with media owners. You will guide clients in adopting sophisticated adserving, programmatic, and audience-targeting solutions to maximize overall inventory value. For Retail Media clients, you will offer strategic guidance on specialized omnichannel integrations, data commercialization, and emerging trade strategies.

Key requirements for this position

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Yield Management, or Strategic Consulting within AdTech, Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH), Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), or Retail Media Networks (RMNs).
  • Strong technical and industry understanding of adserving logic, supply-side programmatic trading, yield optimization, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of executing a consultative mindset, shifting client relationships from operational support to high-level strategic business advisory.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to spot growth opportunities, build business cases, and handle renewals or upsells.
  • Data-driven approach with experience leveraging analytics and performance dashboards to guide strategy.
  • Fluency in French and English to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate across global teams.

What we bring to the table

  • Wellness & Mental Health: €500 annual Wellness fund for mental/physical health and office-related expenses, plus unlimited online mental health support through BetterHelp for you and your family.
