About the Role
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will accelerate market penetration and drive commercial success across Australia. Leveraging deep relationships across media agencies, programmatic trading desks, and out-of-home media owners, you will champion Broadsign’s platform, educate buyers on innovative programmatic DOOH solutions, and secure strategic agreements that power predictable, scalable revenue growth.
What to Expect
- New Business Acquisition & Pipeline Growth: Identify, pitch, and convert new revenue opportunities across media agencies, brands, and DSP partners to expand Broadsign's footprint in the Australia region.
- Strategic Client Consultation: Work closely with buyers and campaign strategists to understand their unique objectives, recommending tailored programmatic DOOH solutions and structuring cross-network agency agreements.
- Market Presence & Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global product, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery while actively representing Broadsign at key industry events and trade shows.
What you need to perform in this job
- 5+ years of sales experience in adtech, programmatic media, or out-of-home advertising in Australia.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic buying workflows, DSP/SSP mechanics, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) platforms.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles from prospect to execution.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Strong team player with high autonomy, adaptability, and organizational agility.
