Job description
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES
- Identify, evaluate, and drive AI use cases across departments – from initial idea to productive implementation
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes through the targeted use of AI and automation
- Independently develop prototypes and provide functional guidance for more complex solutions implemented together with the Enterprise Application Team or external partners
- Design and deliver training sessions on the effective use of AI tools
- Establish and manage a network of AI key users within business departments
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Application Team to ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities into the existing system landscape (ERP, CRM, Power BI, Jira, etc.)
- Build and maintain a transparent use case backlog, including prioritization and performance tracking
- Contribute to the further development of the company-wide AI strategy and the establishment of internal knowledge-sharing formats
WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
- Strong understanding of current GenAI technologies (LLMs, copilots, automation platforms) and their effective application in a business context
- Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI or automation use cases with measurable business impact
- Experience in the area of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI) or business process digitalization, ideally in an industrial environment and in connection with key user concepts
- Experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or user trainings for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
- Solid understanding of business processes across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Service)
- Initial hands-on experience in building prototypes using GenAI platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, or comparable low-code/automation tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively operate between business units, IT, and the Enterprise Application Team
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
