Job description
YOUR IDEAS SHAPE OUR PRODUCTS
In Product Management, you shape the future of our technologies. You are responsible not only for developing new products and optimizing existing ones, but also for ensuring their success in the market. Your mission is to create innovative solutions that delight customers and set new industry benchmarks.
As a key interface, you will work closely with all development departments, including Software, Robotics, and AI, while maintaining direct contact with customers. You identify market needs, translate them into clear concepts, and guide the entire process through to market launch. At the same time, you keep an eye on pricing, positioning, and profitability.
You coordinate stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and champion your vision. If you enjoy taking ownership, thinking strategically, and turning ideas into groundbreaking products, Product Management at NEURA Robotics is the perfect place for you. Help build products that not only excel technically but also win the market.
YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES
As Project Manager for the NeuraGym Global Roll-out, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of new NeuraGym locations. From site identification through procurement, facility build-out, IT and infrastructure setup, and final go-live handover, you will ensure that each gym is fully operational within six months.
You will coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including Real Estate, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Sales, as well as external partners such as planners, contractors, and equipment suppliers. Your goal is to deliver two gyms in Q2 2026 and support scaling to five, eight, and more locations in subsequent quarters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive site selection decisions by evaluating candidate locations within a 200 km radius of strategic anchor corporate partners, coordinating due diligence activities, and finalizing site selection within a two-month decision window.
- Manage equipment procurement and ordering processes.
- Oversee construction and fit-out activities throughout the 3 to 4-month build phase, including contractor coordination, cell installations, access control systems, and operational readiness checks.
- Maintain the master project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets across multiple concurrent gym projects.
- Ensure smooth operational handover by defining readiness criteria, conducting opening inspections, and transferring operations to the Operations team at go-live.
- Report rollout progress through weekly executive updates, proactively highlighting risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.
- Develop scalable processes and standardized playbooks for site setup, procurement, and contractor management as the business expands.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience managing capital-intensive build-out, site rollout, construction, or infrastructure projects, ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of fit-out coordination and contractor management.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners in fast-paced, scaling environments.
- Familiarity with technical infrastructure requirements, including IT systems, servers, power supply, and cooling requirements for data-intensive hardware.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple parallel projects across different regions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly to NeuraGym locations across Europe, the United States, and APAC as the rollout scales globally.
