Job description

Your mission & challenges

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, helping to ensure that all employees feel that they are in the best possible hands and that NEURA Robotics can continue to grow successfully. Your tasks will include

  • Supporting and advising our employees and managers on all HR-related topics to promote a positive and supportive working environment
  • Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, from publishing job postings to creating a smooth start for new talent
  • Developing and implementing HR standards and processes that enable flexible and dynamic working and meet the requirements of a startup
  • Organizing and implementing employee development measures, including training, regular feedback and individual career planning
  • Design and implementation of employer branding measures in collaboration with the marketing team, including success monitoring and analysis
  • Maintaining and managing employee data and ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
  • Creating and analyzing HR reports and key figures to measure and develop the progress of our People & Culture measure

What we can look forward to

  • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor law, preferably also with experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies
  • Fluency in German and English
