About dunnhumby

dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, helping the world's most ambitious retailers and brands put the customer at the heart of every decision. With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

Tesco Insights

Our Tesco Insights team turns the UK’s richest source of shopper data — over 24 million Clubcard households — into the strategic intelligence that powers Tesco and its supplier partners. We help clients understand customers, shape ranges, optimise pricing and promotions, and unlock category growth through evidence-based decisions.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Success Lead to join our Tesco Category & Product Insight team and help shape how Tesco uses customer and category insight to make better commercial decisions. This is an opportunity to work directly with Tesco stakeholders, translating complex customer data into actionable recommendations that influence category strategy, range decisions and customer understanding.

Working alongside consultants, analysts, data scientists and client teams, you'll help deliver insight that creates measurable value for Tesco while contributing to the continued growth and development of dunnhumby's Tesco Insights proposition.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in delivering insight-led recommendations and building strong stakeholder relationships across Tesco and dunnhumby.

  • Leading relationships with Tesco category stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner for insight and customer understanding.
  • Supporting and delivering the category insight workplan, ensuring priorities are aligned to business objectives and value creation.
  • Translating complex customer, category and commercial questions into clear analytical briefs and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and analytical teams to ensure business challenges are effectively translated into technical solutions.
  • Working closely with colleagues across Product Insight, Retail and Commercial teams to shape solutions and deliver high-quality insight.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in someone who combines strong stakeholder management with analytical thinking and a passion for solving commercial challenges through insight.

  • Experience building client relationships and managing a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Confidence balancing multiple priorities and delivering value across several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to answer challenging business questions and influence decisions.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into concise, compelling and actionable conclusions.
  • Experience within an FMCG retailer, supplier, consultancy or customer insight environment.

You'll Thrive If You…

  • Enjoy turning data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Take a rigorous approach to analysis, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based and trusted.
  • Are comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve problems.
