Job description

The Co-Pack Coordinator will provide support for Co-pack operation in the areas of assisting in time studies, creating POs, creating bill of materials, create SOPs, printing reports, communicating with customers in person/email/phone and entering damage/production into customer required spreadsheet. This role also performs cycle counts, end of project counts for raw materials, and includes responsibilities monitoring a WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Responsibilities

  • Create POs for customer owned items.
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) support
  • Create Bill of Materials for kit items.
  • Communication with the customers
  • Assist in time studies
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Enter daily receiving / production / damages in customer required spreadsheets.
  • Send First Article pictures to customers at the beginning of each project.
  • Create SOPs
  • Print reports
  • Send weekly invoice information

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of related experience in Copacking or Warehouse Coordination
  • Working within a WMS (Warehouse Management System) – Solochain system is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Copack
