Delivering Kubernetes Your Way Empowering Teams to Build, Run, and Scale Cloud-Native Infrastructure Spectro Cloud is seeking a Corporate Counsel to help shape and scale the legal function at a fast-growing leader in Kubernetes-centric infrastructure software. Reporting to the Head of Legal Counsel, this high-impact role offers broad responsibility across commercial transactions, corporate governance, privacy, employment, intellectual property, and more. As the second member of the Legal team, you will partner directly with sales, finance, product, engineering, marketing, and people teams, owning matters end-to-end and playing a key role in building legal processes, playbooks, and tools. The role requires strong commercial instincts, the ability to make practical, risk-calibrated decisions, and a willingness to take initiative beyond traditional legal boundaries to support the company’s rapid growth. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on privacy and data protection under US and international laws, supporting corporate and employment matters, managing outside counsel, and contributing to the development of scalable legal workflows. The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of post-JD experience, a mix of law firm and in-house roles, expertise in SaaS/technology agreements, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
