Responsibilities
- Finding new customer prospects and maintaining existing customers, ensuring that they are informed about the bank's services / product.
- Conducting visits, building relationships, and communicating with customers to increase loyalty and foster mutually beneficial relationships by offering bank products and services that match the customers needs.
- Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors or the board of Directors.
- Proactively pursuing self development to meet competency requirements relevant to the job.
- Coordinating with functions/circle and other related departments to resolve issues thoroughly without any residual impacts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate and retail funding within the banking industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience of managerial position in the corporate and retail fund raising in Banking Industry
- Having proven experience in building customer loyalty.
- Own and able to develop personal network customer
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong relationships with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to develop and implement effective funding strategies.
- Understanding of banking regulations and risk management.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
