Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining compliance tracking systems, and conducting research on applicable laws.
- Help review, compare and revise corporate agreements while maintaining the legal document database.
- Assist with tasks related to legal research, employment law, and risk management processes.
- Organize legal files, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and provide general administrative support to the legal team.
Requirement
- A final-year Law student (with no onsite classes) from a reputable University or equivalent
- Strong legal knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft office and legal research tools.
- Prior internship or exposure to corporate legal or litigation work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information effectively.
- Committed to an internship of minimum 3 months
