About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of technology teams and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for driving predictable delivery, operational excellence, and governance across multiple teams while partnering with senior leaders to ensure successful business outcomes. You'll play a key role in developing delivery capability and continuously improving how we plan, deliver, and scale technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help shape and lead delivery across multiple teams, ensuring that technology initiatives are delivered effectively while balancing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Own delivery performance across a portfolio of teams and strategic initiatives, driving alignment to quarterly and annual commitments.
  • Establish and evolve delivery governance, planning standards, forecasting processes, and delivery best practices.
  • Proactively manage portfolio risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective mitigation and informed decision-making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear delivery insights, lead governance reviews, and support strategic prioritisation.
  • Coach and develop Delivery Leads and Scrum Masters while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

You'll bring strong delivery leadership experience, a collaborative approach, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex technology environments.

  • Experience leading delivery across multiple agile teams, programmes, or value streams within Product and Engineering-led organisations.
  • People leadership capability, including coaching and developing Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, or similar delivery professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and predictable delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships while navigating competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Experience delivering projects or programmes within the consumer retail domain.
  • Familiarity with delivery analytics and forecasting tools such as Plandek, Jira Align, or similar platforms.
  • Experience establishing delivery governance frameworks and operating models.
  • Relevant Agile or delivery certifications, such as Scrum, AgilePM, PMP, or equivalent.
