- Lead Innovation: You will lead a Core Modelling team, building the foundational CAD engine that defines the Shapr3D user experience across all platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Regularly review and challenge engineering design documents, fostering an environment of collaborative problem-solving.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on continuously delivering world-class products to our customers.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution as an integral part of the Engineering Leadership Team.
- Act as a role model, championing leadership behaviors and cultivating a motivated, high-achieving team culture.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or Development Lead for a C++ team.
- Deep understanding across a wide spectrum of software engineering fundamentals (computer architecture, operating systems, computer science, and algorithms).
- Track record of building and scaling high-quality, high-throughput engineering teams.
- Hands-on C++ development experience.
- A product-first mindset, driven by user needs and data, with a commitment to continuous learning and ownership.
- Experience with CAD is a significant advantage.
