Role details
Job description
📍 London Office (Aldgate East, E1) | Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote (or office if you prefer!)
The opportunity
Goodlord is on a mission to be the gold standard platform for renting, and we’re searching for an Enterprise Account Executive reporting directly to our Head of Sales to help us achieve it!
As we accelerate our strategic growth, you will step into a high-impact, pioneer role dedicated to our Enterprise segment (agents managing 1,500+ properties).
Joining an emerging enterprise function backed by dedicated ABM and SDR support, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, position value to C-level executives, and help build and scale our Enterprise Go-To-Market playbook.
In this role you'll:
- Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value enterprise accounts, partnering with dedicated ABM and SDR resources to drive multi-threaded C-suite outreach.
- Lead rigorous discovery sessions using MEDDPICC to map complex organisational structures, diagnose operational risks, and present tailored ROI business cases.
- Manage complex enterprise sales motions from initial engagement through legal, info-sec, procurement, and final sign-off for multi-year contracts.
- Act as a core builder alongside early enterprise leadership to refine, standardise, and scale our Enterprise GTM playbook, templates, and collateral.
What we need from you:
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS deals, typically £50k+ ARR and/or multi-year contracts, across longer Enterprise sales cycles (often 6–12 months).
- Hands-on MEDDPICC experience to navigate complex deal cycles and maintain accurate CRM forecasting.
- Experience multi-threading complex buying committees across C-suite, Operations, Finance, IT/Security, Legal and Procurement.
- A demonstrable track record of value-led selling – moving customer conversations beyond features and price to build compelling commercial and ROI cases.
- A builder mindset with comfort operating in scale-up environments where GTM processes are actively being co-created.
It would also be great if you have:
- Experience selling SaaS into PropTech, Real Estate, Property Management, FinTech or another regulated/operationally complex environment.
- An executive-level network across major UK letting agency groups, franchise networks, or corporate property managers.
- Experience as an early hire in an emerging enterprise team, helping build sales collateral, objection-handling guides, and GTM strategy from scratch.
