Job description

📍 London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote/wfh or office if you prefer!)

Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. At Goodlord, our mission is to be the gold standard platform for renting - simplifying complexity across agents, landlords and tenants.

We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing, reporting directly to our Marketing Director, to lead and evolve our product marketing function as we scale our multi-product platform.

Whether you are an experienced Senior/Lead PMM with proven line-management experience ready to take your first step up, or are an established Head of Product Marketing looking for your next challenge we'd love to hear from you!

note: this role is focused specifically on Product Marketing craft - positioning, launches, enablement and GTM execution - rather than broader demand generation, brand or marketing strategy ownership

You’ll:

  • Lead and develop a team of 3 Product Marketing Managers, establishing Product Marketing as a trusted strategic partner across the business
  • Lead platform-level go-to-market execution and help evolve our GTM strategy as we continue to scale - ensuring product launches translate into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Partner closely with Product leadership to shape roadmap direction through market insight, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence
  • Define and evolve differentiated positioning across a regulated, multi-stakeholder platform
  • Embed structured competitor and market intelligence, ensuring Sales and Product teams are equipped to win in priority segments
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing, building scalable operating rhythms and raising the bar for launch and enablement excellence

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings deep B2B product marketing experience within technology and/or regulated environments
  • Has experience leading and developing Product Marketing Managers and is excited by the opportunity to grow and shape a Product Marketing function.
  • Has partnered effectively with Product leaders to influence roadmap and commercial direction
  • Is confident translating complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated market positioning
  • Has owned high-impact launches with clear accountability for pipeline and win-rate impact
  • Balances strategic clarity with hands-on delivery and operational discipline
